This is a tracker i use with my LCVP students which i display at the beginning of every lesson to discuss progree/deadlines.

It is also a useful tool to communicate if you share the group with another teacher - it can be emailed back and forth/stored in the department folder. No slack time for students if they know we are all on the same page!
